It took me a little over 30 days to receive both certificates.Upon receiving the certificates I had to visit the Jefferson County Tax Assessors office so that the county could update the records.The entire process took approximately two months.What's Next:Now the waiting game.

I only found .05% on their site.Thanks It wasn't an intro rate, I was actually at 1.15% and noticed their rates bumped up so I asked their customer support and they adjusted my rate to 1.85%.

As an alternative game you could also consider investing with a multifamily real estate syndicator, no work needed, and make something like 9% CoC and 15% IRR as an example. $50k - $100k can get you started with most.
