Getting into the investing game

Good Evening all!

I am a realtor and I normally deal with buyers and it’s worked for me so far.

I am becoming more and more interested in flipping, investing and or even working with investors/developers.

I was told to come to BiggerPockets and I’d figure it out. I’ve been reading A LOT but am more of a hands on learner.

Any guidance, advice, information is needed and appreciated.

Thank you all in advance!
