If they sounded drunk, were screaming at their kids, had someone in the background telling them what to say - I'd make a notation and whether or not I called them back.You only have to worry about protected classes.

I also have a clause (lifted right out of Bigger Pocket's The Book on Managing Rental Properties thank-you-very-much) about anyone staying longer than 14 days is someone who needs to apply and be added to the lease if they meet the requirements etc…My worry is that the company will pay the rent, have this one person on the lease and then will cycle 'visitors' through the property essentially as a short term hotel.

Oh man, I had 2 acres about 1 1/2 hours outside of Portland, OR and I'd catch the city folk letting their pests loose on the far driveway to my property and I'd run screaming at them like a crazy banshee.If you're going to trap your problems, to move somewhere for someone else to deal with - at least take them all the way into the middle of a national forest.

I always make sure mine has late fees spelled out and also rules on what pets they can have and how many visitors and for how long those visitors can stay.

That can be tedious but the only way.Also ensure that your doctor or heath facilities you visit or plan to visit takes that health particular plan, before you sign up.Unfortunately, no one in either parties elected or running for office been able to fix health care in the US.

If they're screaming at their kids with filthy language while leaving me a message, if it sounds like they're drunk and calling me from a bar, if your ad says no pets and they ask if they can have their two dogs (and don't mention that they're ESAs), if they leave a voicemail every 5 minutes yelling about the fact you haven't called them back, etc.

They threw a black bag over his head, drove him into the desert, stuffed him kicking and screaming into a small box, dropped several large prairie rattlesnakes in there with him, locked him up with the snakes inside and left him there.
