I volunteered my inspection report and was informed that the seller hired an engineer to provide a summary of their resolution....so I'm waiting to hear back.

Good Morning, We are just switched Property Management Companies as a result of a sizeable financial invoice dispute (that was not provided an estimate) and working without a licensed contractor, account credits that were taken back, and pulling money out of our bank account with out notification. 

The vast majority of lawsuits against Landlords are for wrongful eviction, security deposit disputes, and Fair Housing Violations.

What happens is this....the city puts a "hold" on your permit and allows you to dispute it at the BZA.
