Landlord - Property Manager Dispute - Looking For a RE Law Firm

John Czohara
Posted

Good Morning,

We are just switched Property Management Companies as a result of a sizeable financial invoice dispute (that was not provided an estimate) and working without a licensed contractor, account credits that were taken back, and pulling money out of our bank account with out notification.  The list goes on... Long story short, we don't trust them anymore, they are shady PM's and we want them out of the business, so other Landlords may not engage in business with them.

Can anyone here recommend a Law Firm in the Alb. area?

Thanks,

John
