They may be fishing for deals to take them out from under you or they are looking to get your information one way or another.It says you are a flipper or want to be a flipper - flipping is simple if you can figure out A) finding a good deal, B) financing or cash to buy, and C) completing construction on time and on budget.Each of the ABCs are not easy to attain unless you were born with money or have a wealthy uncle.

I quit making loans and selling RE and concentrated on this niche for 9 years and got pretty cashed up... it was great we worked hard for 6 months then basically took 6 months off my partner went to Hawaii and I stay in the Napa valley.Now Redwood that's a whole nother kettle of fish I have seen old growth Redwood stands have 2 and 3 million board feet on 10 acres... its incredible really..
