@Dawn Brenengen as a tech professional, I've always been intrigued by the "Research Triangle Park", since this area is known as one of the best places for tech jobs.

@Dawn Young I had a thought about doing something with tiny houses for homeless vets. 

Instead of stamping or tagging address, I used an alphabet code (also had few units, unlike @Dawn Anastasi ).We had a maintenance closet where we kept a set and my local assistant(also person, well trusted friend) could get to them.

I have told him to put boiling water and dawn soap down the pipes but I have not heard back.  

My tenant says that her dishwasher doesn't dry and something else about the laundry washer....

Same for my 12 year old water heater, range and dish washer.

Here's one from a newb here (Me):    When doing a complete condo renovation, and you replace working but ugly 12 year old mechanicals to be on the safe side; (Heat Pump, Washer, Dryer, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Hot Water Heater), and decide to keep the Refrigerator because it's "Perfect"...get a new fridge anyway because in 2 months it will die.Ask me how I know.
