Your semi useful or semi useless "Tip of the Day" for an STR

Post up any tips you have for managing your STRs.  One a day.

Here is mine for today:  Whenever you have to take a clothes dryer apart to do something to the belt or motor or thermostat, take a look at the bottom plate of the dryer.  Today I found $11.00 in loose change from a dryer that fell out of the drum and was just sitting on the bottom.

Pay your cleaners well. They can make or break STR owners who manage from afar.
