If I rented it as is, I think I'd fetch around 800 dollars a month - it's a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1350 foot place in a B-ish type neighborhood...the back yard, however, is .4 acres and there is a garage/work shed which is large enough to hold 2 RVs...I'm wondering how I might maximize my income by utilizing both of these spaces.
