After listening to the podcasts and reading on the forums I decided that Bridge turnkey is the one I feel comfortable going with, but the problem is with their preferred lenders and property management company, I've done my homework and looked online for reviews, sadly they're not so great.

Sadly - Fair Wear and Tear is completely gray outside of this.  

Sadly, I can't say that I disagree with some of the things @Brandon McLean mentioned.

Sadly ther have been a number of new posters that post a LOT of crap.

@Jessica Tsao It's sad to say but in my opinion a 6% ROI is really good.

Sadly I think I will probably have to just let this go for the time being.

Rents tend not to fall much in these crises, sadly there's more renters out there.
