-Get address or drivers license of Officers of the Corporation(s) in case you have to take anyone to court-Ensure all leasehold improvements committed by the landlord are complete and you aren't on the hook-Check title - (not sure if they have this in the US) make sure there are no Liens on the property or property taxes in arrears (or utilities for that matter)-Check with city to make sure the use of the building matches what they have on record... don't want to pickup a non-conforming use! 

You'll definitely miss out on good opportunities if that's a key driver.

Trona mines, coal, power plants, railroad, ranching, oil and gas, and of course shipping and trucking companies on the interstate are just some of the economic drivers.

I am currently an Owner Operator  truck driver.

I did take a picture of the tenant's Government issued ID card as he had lost his Driver's license due to DWI and have his SS#.Question:How should I proceed with finding this tenant and recovering the money owed?
