Hi 

 My name is Bob Gibbons. I am currently an Owner Operator  truck driver. I am hoping to get into assisted living multi family  or flipping preferably in the Daytona Beach  Port Orange or Palm Coast areas but I'm open to anything. I hope to learn a lot here or help with any roofing advice.  I owned and sold a roofing company and was previously a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida. I really enjoyed being a Realtor but I really want to be on the inside of me deals not just negotiating for my clents.
