I've had multiple scammers and people committing identity fraud in Zillow but I have also found wonderful tenants so just screen well and if anything seems fishy then it most likely is! 

A heat pump only lasts 15 years under good conditions and this is a coastal unit, I will be lucky to get 12 years out of-So the idea of depreciating it over 27 years seems really stupid. 

Based off of the responses here, this increase does seem aligned with other insurance providers.I like the idea of raising the deductible, but will have to think more about lowering the replacement value.
