I have been working in the real estate industry since 2003, and I must say that I have never encountered the issues with wholesalers that I am currently facing.

If your realtor has been incompetent, dishonest, or abusive (all which I have encountered myself), it still is not permissible; there are professional standards of cooperation that torment all of us when dealing with those who can be challenging. 

A challenge that we encountered while trying to finance the deal is that we were searching hard for a lender that could have given us less than a 20% down payment but ended up needing to put the 20% as we were running out of time to search.

If you've done foundation work, what hidden costs or challenges did you encounter that weren't obvious initially?

Ive had ppl suggest that they can pay double the security deposit to get into a home....because they were the same type of ppl that you have encountered as well

That removes a ton of worry and risk.Tenants moving and things breaking are normal things this business will encounter.
