Bigger Pockets has changed my life!!

Thank you BP, In 2018 I purchased a 2400 sq/ft home and successfully house-hacked my complete 3,700 monthly mortgage with the addition of an 3 bd/2b ADU, and now successfully refinanced to complete a full BRRRR. This deal gave me financial freedom by covering my living expense for next 30 years and now I am working on my 2nd ADU project with the earnings and equity, all with the knowledge I gained from Bigger Pockets!! A lot of people claim it's impossible to find a decent opportunity to house-hack in So Cal but using the ADU's as a strategy can make it feasible (although the BRRRR can be tricky during to appraisal process). If anyone in the area wants to connect and discuss this strategy, I would be more than happy to chat. I can never repay BP!! I will be a "pro-member" for life!!!
