If you went with that structure, you'd be paying fees the same as you would for a single LLC, but you can set up as many series you want below that umbrella, which can all be treated individually, so long as they follow proper procedures and have separate bank accounts.

When i refused , they would not give me a price or go any further---.they each said it was normal procedure within commercial insurance to review the current policy and know what we are paying as part of that review. .I feel that would be like getting a bid from a contractor and then giving the bid to the other contractors before hiring someone.

If that doesn't work, there is a procedure in Ohio for evicting with a 3-day notice if they are doing drugs, but there are hoops to jump through to do it that way.
