However, the CA State Franschise Board will assess the Texas LLC the minimum $800/year because they argue that (this will sound silly) if you have contact of any sort with Texas using a cell phone in CA then you are "doing business" from CA.

One could even argue that in a market where there is upward pressure on rents, an annual lease may be disadvantageous.Tenancy law in your jurisdiction will also be a factor.

In many cases, you might find that those who are discouraging you from sacrificing some things in order to achieve financial success are either 1) convicted within themselves b/c they are not willing to make those same sacrifices (and therefore feel guilty for it), or 2) they have limiting beliefs that, for example, in order to become financially successful you have to rip people off, mislead, or become a sleazy sales person, or 3) they believe that becoming financially successful means giving up other things you really should not give up (such as spending time with them, spending time with family, relaxing, arguing politics, doing charity work, being an activist, etc.).

. — Second, to install a septic permits have to be pulled and the county/township will need to approve it so; if it’s in its the ‘appropriate size’ ... even for those in which the county/township has no record of (which is quite common in old builds) just the fact that the property has cert of occupancy by default means that the septic is the ‘appropriate size’.Sure you can argue that it’s not the right size for YOU or YOUR family but if it’s in and the property is not condemned or has not history of septic violations it is the ‘appropriate size’ —- for me an appropriate size bedroom is 100 sq.ft or more but the code says otherwise (73 sq.ft.)

The language is intentionally vague (really anything can be argued to be major), but it tells the seller you aren't looking for cosmetic repairs.
