Cash Ready to Go, but a few questions...

Jay Drysdale
Posted

I have 500k ready to deploy and I'm currently broadening my connections, communicating with RE agents, wholesalers, and have subscribed to MANY FB groups. I have read, listened, and studied and really need to jump in because I feel like I might be suffering some analysis paralysis. My biggest need is a trusted contractor to verify rehab costs and an agent that can determine fairly accurate ARV's but it's tough dealing with out of state professionals without being there. I guess my biggest question is "Next Step?" I've seen some deals that I think I could do well with, but failed to pull the trigger because I just don't know the rehab or ARV. I'm going to read the book on estimating rehab costs to help a little with that.

Any ideas or tips from your experiences?

I'm looking at BRRRR and flips based on the deal numbers.

Hey @Jay Drysdale

There’s so many people that struggle with what you’re going through right now.

What I have found helps me is knowing I have done the preparation, research and work to estimate the deal as accurate as possible and knowing that I was able to jump in!(sounds like you have done the same) Let me tell you when you do then you will really see the power of RE and those worries that you have will go out the door! And your just going to wish you invested sooner!

I don’t know if this helps but I guess what I am trying to say if you do your homework you will not regret it there might be some speed bumps but as long as you keep moving forward you won’t look back! I haven’t and I haven’t had one client that hasn’t as well!

Good luck!! Hopefully this helps
