one important point Diane is that what created the price drop was a once in a lifetime financial crisis that was world wide.. so unless your thinking there is going to be a repeat anytime soon the chances of SF bay area real estate retreating that heavily could be pretty wishful thinking.of course unless you bought in the millianiam building that is sinking

I also moved away from in-person meetings and only schedule them when absolutely necessary allowing me to fit more meetings in and reduced the time spent doing laundry as my "work clothes" are yoga pants.My travel last year was not as much as I had hoped… I took 8 weeks off and went to Boston twice, Denver twice, San Francisco, Phoenix, Detroit, and took a four-day motorcycle trip around lake Michigan.

Multiple sources have Austin overvalued by as much as 20%...not saying I believe the market will retreat 20% because I don’t, but that should help you feel better selling.

@Shil Shirol It's nice that the Austin market is currently in an expansion mode, but it won't last forever and can retreat almost instantaneously.

Sure, the 1 hour talk was a mostly a sales pitch how buying notes is the best thing ever, and she did have a one day course, a book/cd course, and an 4 day retreat/conference also available.

If you and I have done business on a regular basis, it shouldn't be any mystery to you where I am on the growth/retreat cycle.
