Scott Yancey Seminar says they will fund your properties for fee

Greeneville, TX - I attended a free Scott Yancey seminar, where they offered an additional retreat for 3 days for $1147.   Part of the lure is they reportedly will fund your purchases in real estate for a small fee.  Has anyone had any experience with this?  I've heard in these retreats they basically try to upsell you, making me wonder if its really something valuable or just an opportunity to have someone else talk you into buying more of their services.

Please advise if anyone has had any experience with this.

Thanks!

Save yourself to $1147.  ANY hard money lender will fund your project for a fee....
