An overall vacancy rate of 8-12% isn't really unusual in the grand scheme of things.

It's not like you live in a state where termites are unusual.

If the house is already that color, some may be very turned off by the look and lose interest in it.I recently went into a house that was being painted what I considered to be very unusual colors and nearly gasped when I saw what was taking place.

I wouldn't buy an investment property that had an unusually high amount of expenses. 

Most unusual sale: I worked with a team on representing a buyer of a plant that made peanut & jelly sandwiches . 

Best part about the past few days was having a real estate agent tell me "That's pretty unusual" about how I wanted the contract changed ( a few dates/ times).  

This would not be unusual nor an uncommon practice as several RE attorneys have multiple licenses just for that purpose. 

Also, what is your most unusual investment? 

I find their technology platform excellent, unusual and cost effective pricing, and great responsiveness.

To type that out would take an enormous amount of time due to length.My situation is more unusual.
