These things are built to shut off as soon as you lift or tilt them, and don't automatically restart after without me pressing a button in its app...

I’m definitely trying to keep you from tilting at windmills though.

The floor is very tilted. 

That would be like comparing an A class office building with a concrete tilt up warehouse. 

I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.

I landed 3 deals within a really short period of time, so I've been full tilt on getting them rehabbed and rented.  

Also pulled up the BP list of commercial lenders and not having a ton of luck there either.The building and lease:Concrete tilt up, single tenant industrial building.

I’m fine with doing a total renovation especially since I can get the house for under 5k but there’s something with the upstairs which is like small one room attic kind of which is like dipping down and the room is kind of looking like it’s tilting sideways.. u can see it from outside as well..

I used Postlets to upload pics of my rental to Zillow and most of them are tilted 90 degrees.

Thanks everybody for your input. it's a free standing building, but not the whole building is his. his broker (of course) told him that you don't set value by the tilte company comps.
