I’m fine with doing a total renovation especially since I can get the house for under 5k but there’s something with the upstairs which is like small one room attic kind of which is like dipping down and the room is kind of looking like it’s tilting sideways.. u can see it from outside as well..

Thanks everybody for your input. it's a free standing building, but not the whole building is his. his broker (of course) told him that you don't set value by the tilte company comps.
