I set up a Google Voice number to receive calls and catch voicemails.

That being said, I would like to learn more as I know I don’t know everything, or even much at all, and I am hoping to network and receive ideas and voice some of my own for others benefits. 

I manage the inquiries from VA via Google Voice phone number and gmail account, she does the actually showings.  

Let me simply use my military command voice, which is not screaming, but is elevated to ensure all listeners (readers) hear me very clearly. 

I've got a guy who robo-dials me and anytime I here his voice I hang up.

After going through their voice prompt system I finally was able to establish communication with someone. 

I  appreciate the google sites idea as I use google voice for my business number so it should sync up well.  

It is not a protected class in my state, though in some of the counties in Maryland it is.I also like the hubris of a guy as inexperienced as you both in real estate and on the site calling out someone like Jay Hinrichs, one of the the more respected voices on this site, for fair housing violations when none occurred. 

Hey All, I'm trying to get a google voice number setup and I can't get rid of the "please state your name and we will try to connect you" standard message before it rings to my number then plays my custom voice message.I've called from 4 different numbers, half the time it goes directly to my custom message and half the time it plays the automated message then goes to my custom message.  

(preferably a contractor you know, give them a digital camera and a pocket voice recorder and ask them to visit and give you their opinion.Example...
