Gotta start somewhere.

There was positive population growth, medium home price growth, low unemployment, good rent to home ratios, and low crime, all of which are factors when I start looking into an area to invest in.  

The Real Estate Rookie podcast is such a great resource—you're off to a fantastic start.

It's pretty easy to see that real estate proces peaked around 2007-2008 and then crashed during the Great Recession.Around 2011-2012 prices started to recover and got back to their pre-Crash highs around 2015-2016, but really 2018-2019 when adjusted.So, why are newbies reading books written BEFORE 2019 and thinking that you can still successfully invest using the EXACT advice in these relatively "old" books?

Finally my third piece of advice for getting started on wholesaling would be to meet cash buyers like myself and add them to a list of cash buyers.

With that said, it's best to START it like you're going to outsource everything, so it will be easier once you decide to make that transition.

I've been looking at some properties and before I get started, I wanted to know does anyone have any reputable General Contractor/Contractor along with property manager in Columbus, GA because I haven't had much of luck in that department yet?

I started this company because I want to be a source for people and be that stepping stone for people who want a better life.
