I am only 6 months in and I am already well aware that this whole process is learning from the mistakes or missteps we make, and I am curious what you all may have encountered in your journey.Y'all are rock stars!

There seems to be the opinion that this offer is a unicorn, some magical improbable thing that will not happen again unless all the stars align property at exactly 3:58am on a specific Thursday in June.

When a guest has one review and a host has 30 5 star review 6 months and have only asked for damages twice....I do expect to have to prove my side, but when photos and the next unrelated guests confirms my side, but my claim is denied because the invoice doesn't meet their standards?

If you have a professional do it you will be star struck when they tell you the price.Either way sucks, really.
