Your lender documents should spell out exactly what requirements you have to meet.

Spell out all the expectations. 

The data I've seen suggests that two-word cities with a possessive noun in the name (regardless of whether it's incorrectly spelled with an apostrophe or not) have returns almost 73BPS over surrounding areas.

I went through a bit of a dry spell in the changeover and it wasn't easy financially but when it comes down to it EVERYTHING is difficult at first.........if you keep at it suddenly it's not. 

Please that I might have mis-spelled some of those names, the bottom line is to be in well known city.

It’s good to know that’s spelled out.

Easy to keep two students together, 3 students in one unit often spell troubles.  

There is no "normal" process.You should have a written agreement with your PM that spells out when they will pay you.
