However, I’m seeing this as a blessing, hopefully it’ll be resolved soon and it’s given me a runway to learn as much as I can so I don’t make huge glaring errors when I decide on my first deal :)  Not sure if your fiancee is a citizen but they might be able to own the company that you are doing real estate through. 

That leaves off market, auction and wholesalers, also very difficult to navigate from afar.Buying and holding is a better strategy with that amount of Capital and has more margin for error.  

I am only spouting something I heard on BP Rookies podcast, so I haven’t done this.

Typical rookie mistake. 

I want to suggest options that give my clients at least a minimum of 'error checking' and that will automate the regulatory requirements for their state.

I'm 20 and this'll be my 1st buy and hold so don't want to make any rookie mistakes.
