Your thinking is correct, but like I said I never heard the resolution to this one, unfortunately there wasn't a clear path to a good resolution. 

It will help them get to a resolution more quickly and any settlement will also be more accurate.

They will simply list the underlying lien's as exceptions form coverage, but otherwise it is up to the lender to identify the issue and then pursue resolution via foreclosure etc.

Title will only list the LLC but your operating agreement or membership resolution will state all owning members and their percent interest.
