To answer your questions:1) Depends on the county, but most places if you pass a homeowners exam, you can do a lot of work yourself and pull your own permits. 2) It is always a good idea to permit everything since whenever you sell it , you want to disclose that, and it will give peace of mind for most future buyers.

., tenants at sufferance aka holdover tenants) than if you had a year lease and were evicting them for non-payment.You’d definitely want to go through an attorney if either comes to pass, as it can be easy to mess up the timing or notices if you don’t really know the process and try to do it yourself, but those are my thoughts based on my experience as a non-attorney.

The score itself is bad but story was understandable and verified by the report but will usually give people with medical issues and divorce a pass as long as everything else checks out.
