The one piece of the puzzle I have yet to figure out just yet is the financing part.  

I can make me and someone else a lot of cash if i can just get started I have all the pieces to the puzzle except I can't afford it on my own to buy the property and rehab and don't want to get a loan on it and cut into profits please let  me know your guys ideas or where I can find a investor????

I think that was the last piece of the puzzle that they needed to get working.

Right now it feels to me like a scrambled jigsaw puzzle and need help to connect all the dots.
