Especially here at BP.Most that come here and tout courses,etc are most of the time either shills or students who praise a product but yet have not done any deals.

I'm thrilled.There have been a few minor glitches with paperwork, and I sense that they don't have the depth of experience that ETC has, but so far I'm singing their praises and am very happy.

Then about an hour later listen to the daily sales call from HQ in Chapel Hill reporting in the Top 10 sales totals from the previous day to give them praise and congratulate them.

Based on your high praise of the tenants, they should understand.

I'm not saying that this is necessarily bad - I just don't understand the double-standard by many here on BP who bad-mouth gurus and praise REIAs.

Terry, I've never praised flex options myself, I know some here have and they have their reasons which I'm not inclined to judge them for that since we all work differently.with the LOI it's not a binding piece of paper, it's only stating you've got some intentions and if the seller bites then you lock them up in an option agreement to wholesale.it may be perceived as an extra step and I don't disagree, but again we all work differently.

Or is it a testimonial simply addressing or praising an individual and a service?
