Cheryl I was also thinking of getting some magnetic signs for the car myself as I figured it couldn't hurt to be a moving billboard and when I visit with property owners I can take them off.

So far I've tried, bandit signs, magnetic car signs, leaving business cards out and about, and some craigs list and kajiji stuff.

I think the key is to know which areas are magnetizing people - know where they are running to and where they are running from, and why.In the Detroit area, this can vary a lot from city to city, and within the city itself, it varies block-to-block.
