Ideally you want to keep the higher paying side but you also love the longevity of the tenant that’s been there awhile.

Talk to actual members who have used them and look for satisfied customers and longevity in the industry.

The problem with them is longevity as they are nor durable and fall apart when they get wet

Have you found a favorite brand and line of carpet (or a few) that blend all those attributes?
Would like to have a standardized carpet for replacements...don't have one now.

Syndication is great for either someone who is focused on cashflow or longevity of the project.

To extrapolate; bad wholesalers will washout early while good ones have longevity, respect (in local circles; IE, those who know them....public forums where anyone can say anything about anyone are another story) and tend to grow beyond wholesaling.

I have recently found another good paying job but I need to be with that job for awhile for the bank to recognize longevity.
