Does a trust account by definition mean that money will be held a specific financial institution location?

Private institutional lenders actually offer 30-year fixed loans underwritten to the income of the property.

It is impossible not to increase your bottom line with thousands of "Baby Boomers" going into retirement in communities nationwide who will be needing service enriched housing but,  still wanting to avoid institutional settings.Converting some houses into home like personal care can be tricky.

There’s now a lot of NEAR money (liquid assets) outside of government regulated institutions.  

Not sure how far you are from Chicago proper, but the ULI (Urban Land Institute) is a global group with chapters in most big cities. 

Does anyone know of any specific banks/institutions that will provide this service/are there any other strategies that I could use to obtain financing?
