That's an inspiring journey, especially starting with just four loans and growing to managing over 700 assets.

Very inspiring. 

I find families with children or groups of adults staying at my STR do more damage whether intentionally or accidentally than my longer stay midterm guests.

Liabilities, debts, and obligations are only held against each child LLC and not against the parent LLC or other child(ren) LLCs.

I have 3 young children and need to focus on family and I don't need a second full time job. 

,You are an example and an inspiration that shows hard work, creativity and grit can make you successfull!   

Of course, it also eliminates some potentially profitable deals from the equation.My inspiration for my version of the “quick” negotiation was Harold Helmsley.
