This could be what most REI look for as the Holy Grail of opportunities...a retiring REI selling multiple properties.

As a female millennial, I promise you it is the Holy Grail of ideas to appeal to other millennials (and remember, women will be more concerned with aesthetics, generally speaking).

Some of these are areas that are seeing institutional players move-in and while I don't like to elevate them as the wholly grail of all decision making, they also don't chase poor tenant profiles ;)
