We have raised millions from lenders in many different ways and in varying amounts, but none are interested in low returns to help us attract more buyers.I think in the end this is supplemental money.

They are not attracted to blinking lights yelling cash flow, but are attracted to the idea of a passive income to supplement their active incomes.I don't see seasoned investors buying these types of properties for the most part.So then in my mind these newer investors are buying properties that have minimal returns because they do not have the experience to properly analyze a purchase price.REPLY FROM ME: The advice I personally give investors is that my company is not right for everyone.

Yes, the firm gets a cut on both sides, but REO splits (I'm assuming your area is like others in the country) aren't great, and the selling agent "supplement" can make all the difference.

Maybe or maybe not, but i'd venture to say that more professionals look to real estate as a supplement to their income, a way to build wealth than those that look to build it as a career from the ground up.Sorry to ramble, hopefully i made some sense out of this post.
