@Henry Lazerow - Can you please start bringing these needle-in-a-haystack deals in Chicago to me lolSuper clean. 

We do not have time to run all of the leads that Wholesalers want to bringing us in order to find the needle in the haystack. 

@Edwin Duran it certainly is possible to do such deals, but it's definitely like finding a needle in a haystack.

When you do find 'the needle in the haystack', do not hesitate and submit a serious offer quickly.

Finding a good deal is easy, finding a good contractor is like looking for a needle in a haystack. 

It would be finding needle in haystack 3) (If zoning is approved) you can dig around County CAD map and see if you see something in that kind ( large subdivision etc) On that note, property pricing has 2 high level categories A) Price based on current activity and B) future appreciation.

County side is where people want to live, so a deal here would be a needle in a haystack. 2 years ago, all of Huntsville was on sale, now only D areas and some C areas are.

I think in the summer time though I might look into other avenues of deal flow as MLS right now for investors is like looking for a needle in haystack type investing for our area.
