You've got the sixty-something male governor of America's second-most populous state telling his twenty-something female aides they should sing him Irish love ballads.

I just looked at a house on Governors Dr with an asking price of $75k while houses very close have sold for about $500k.

I checked the Virginia Assoc of Realtor legislative info, the National Assoc of Residntial Properry Managers legislative info, the Governor’s website, and the General Assembly passed bills and cannot find it stated anyplace that we have an eviction moratorium until July 2022.

Our PM firm is in North Carolina and our brilliant governor has required that we show proof that we have provided a copy of the CDC form to all tenants prior to filing for eviction.

He's one of the three landlords in the area suing our Governor, and I can't fault him for it. 

Have you looked at the executive order on evictions signed by the governor?

The property is in SoCal, and our governor just extending eviction moratoriums until 6/2021 (and who knows how long after that 🙄).

This move compliments the potential that Arizona had when the states Governor Doug Ducey stated "It's a real sign that the state is attractive, that California companies and companies from around the country see Arizona as a great place to do business.”

I don't know if you can apply for them anymore as the Governor funded a program to stimulate 14 different, private, insurance companies to start up Homeowner's Insurance in Florida to get us off of the State run company of last resort.

Go to higher  Authority  and plead your case, the governor the may or whomever
