Secondly, make sure your units are available on traditional rental sites such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, etc. - These are the two channels where these companies will seek out listings for their housing requests.Longer term you should be networking with businesses in the area that are known for having housing needs for their employees.

Someone self-managing and DIYing the design/furnishing has the potential to see the higher end of the return assuming they are a good operator; while someone who outsources the design/furnishing and management will of course see the lower end of the return as they aren't putting nearly the same amount of time into it. 

Make sure the furnishings are modern and functional.

It has been about 2 weeks of having it listed on furnished finders, air bnb, booking.com, facebook marketplace, and the MLS. 

Conversely, some nurses might want to "get away" from where they're working and drive up to 30 minutes away in order to enjoy a more rural, quieter rental.Safety, furnished, and ease of getting to/from work, closeness of restaurants, and "not like a hotel" types of properties are what I would look for in a rental.Would love to hear more about your real estate journey as it progresses!

The MTRs are furnished so we’re providing more of an all-inclusive service (similar to STRs). 

I would need closer to $3000/month to cashflow...Any insight on your numbers would be greatly appreciated :)  I bought for around 140k and put 60k down, it did not need any work done to it, just furnishings.

I am planning on renting it furnished.
