I 've also had good luck using slightly damp micro fiber cloths that you can reuse by washing them (without a fabric softener which screws of micro fiber).

It is sealed by the fabricator.

Purchased steamers, wallpaper remover solution, fabric softener, the thing that puts holes in the paper, and I thought we were ready.

To somewhat add to this question, what about putting a modular/pre-fabricated home on a property?

For Southern California, we use Home Depot pre fabricated cabinets and let the carpenter install them.

If the structures are a normal house just pre-fabricated then they would count as normal real estate.
