Hello everyone, looking for help
Hello,
I'm a new real estate investor looking to do a mid level rental upgrade and find a capable contractor. I'm also curious as to how some of the investor here determine what level of renovation to take their properties to. Also kind of ball park curious about the cost of renovating a 1000 sq ft home for rent in Richmond California.
