I totally got taken on the price, the rehab costs way more than the original estimate (not the contractors fault-we discovered a fire had been in the house and covered up at some point and some structural issues needed attention) Here are the details-  I share all this because, even though embarrassing, I learned a lot and maybe I can help others be smarter than me!!

Luckily for them, it was actually vacant that night, and they were a bit embarrassed and had no problem paying for the additional night.
