If anyone has any advice for a new investor, especially no money down investing, I'm all ears

Hopefully, this will ring through to you in how best to start in this industry and simply stay away from strategy type instructors until you have accomplished the basics, I hope so. :)

Truly awesome to go to an eviction and the first thing out of the judge's mouth is something like "if you have not paid rent for any reason, you are wrong..." you hear this collective sigh from all the renters in the room...all the while, every landlord is smiling ear to ear.

Little knowledge is dangerous, with that said, I will not waste time shouting at one's ear who obviously only wants to hear things that's pulled from the air.

I live in Spartanburg and this property does not ring a bell.

They're all very busy, but if you can find a way to become valuable to them you may always have their ear.

Were not completely green behind the ears, We know the Seattle market is tough, but with being in the military, I am no stranger to adversity or a challenge.
