Hello Everyone! So glad to finally join the BP community as a new real estate investor. Like many of you I have been listening to podcasts and reading a few books on real estate investing- trying to get a good education about it before fully jumping right into it and continually have heard the bigger pockets is a great resource for real estate investors. I am actually a realtor, licensed in both DC and Maryland, which we have an active real estate market and a competitive investor market as well. There are a ton of fix and flips in DC as well well as surrounding areas. I'm mostly interested in buy and hold investing for both single-family and multi-family units as well as learning more about creative investing and wholesaling.

If anyone has any advice for a new investor, especially no money down investing, I'm all ears
