Hello it took me 12 yrs to muster up the courage to live my dream of starting my real estate portfolio dream.

Here's how they work: they advertise a low initial cost of $499 for a 30-yard dumpster, but in the fine print, it says you'll pay extra for any weight over 3000 pounds.As a first-time home renovator, I assumed the 3000 pounds would be more than enough and ended up paying a lot more than I expected.

But as an agent, you are a contract employee so if you are trying to buy properties and can't show consistent income, you will only push your dreams further down the line. 

So, no matter what, don't give up, keep your dreams alive and the things you have always wanted will manifest themselves.   

The lady that bought them down was trying to buy an Island in Clear Lake CA that I had worked on with another developer in the late 70s and it could not be built on at all period.. she had this big dream would never have happened but Remington stole her 10k and she went on the war path..
