Well Jake, appears I should say thank you for your service.Really, the very first issue boils down to basic economics, the 4 principles required for any economic transaction..Land, Labor, Capital and Entrepreneurship (or management).Our laws of economics say that you will have a combination of at least 3 of these principles working together for a transaction, while one may be omitted, Land will always be one of the factors used.At any time, you may require more of one of these factors than others, you might dig a ditch to make money, you'll expend a lot of labor, no capital other than the cost of your tools, land will be there and you'll follow directions of management or decide where to dig yourself.

It gets me a 6% net ROI so I believe I could do better by selling it, ditching the condo fees and buying two SFH in a cheaper city.Though I would also consider keeping it for the good appreciation value thanks to its great location and rely on financing to buy my two SF.

I START FREAKING OUT (assuming they were bed bugs)So my dad tells me to get out of my car and take off all of my clothes and ditch them, instead I found the nearest Appartement complex and dived head first into the pool with a 3 piece suit on 😂I'm currently drying up, & have concluded that they were fleas not bed bugs *Sigh of relief* This is the stuff the gurus don't tell you about, but I'm enjoying every minute of this ride😂 Questions: •I'm still deciding weather or not, I should wholesale this deal or buy it & rent it out.
