Reading that book of the 2020 Christmas holiday absolutely lit a fire in me… I haven’t stopped either… I went on to build a reading list that would help building my knowledge and help aid in my planning.

What really lit a fire under me, was my kids mother moving halfway across the US.

The combination lit a fire within me, pushing me to learn more about real estate, while adopting the mindset of an investor. 

It's one of the more annoying parts about the spaces, and I dream of the day where I can have access to in-unit laundry without having to wonder whether it's time to switch it over or not, and not forget about it for a day and a half because I moved onto other tasks that were in the apartment, and not the basement.i dont know what the typical renter would prefer, but I would pay more for in-unit laundry than I would for a clean, well-lit laundry facility in the basement. just my 2 cents!

Be sure the photos are properly lit, well composed and in focus.

I'll usually put up a tree and a lit garland or wreath plus a few pieces of tabletop decor. 

One thing to be aware of is that there is a lit of mixed use residential and industrial areas that I am not a fan of.
