Anywhere for children to play?

I’m firm but nice, just like I am with my children.

The property is conveniently located 1.6 miles from the University of Akron and 2.2 miles from the Children's Hospital.

The building offers full-service amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, onsite management, a pool, an observation deck, a children's pool, an indoor playground, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a yoga & gym facility.

Do you have children?

Where do you think they are all moving to once they have children and need more space and better schools? 

The Riverside market (St Vincent's) and San Marco (Baptist main campus, Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson's children's hospital) plus right next to downtown cover a good portion of the bases.

I heard that families with small kids prefer one story homes because of children safety, that is why I am not sure if investing in a two story home is a good option even if it may be a less expensive option.

Especially if their children are going to school, they wanted to be the best tenants to let their children finish the school at least. 

Obviously I accept children and have children in my units and do not discriminate in any way against any type of tenants but feel like if you end up missing out on a few prospective tenants because they’re young children can’t use your shower only bathroom I’m sure there will be other tenants around the corner who will love the shower and be happy to have it.
