I know without insurance involved, most landlords think our services can be expensive, but someday you'll run across something that you can't or won't want to handle....six week old decomp cleanup, meth lab cleanup, excessive mold, sewage, hoarder contents, suicide by shotgun (gross and dangerous) etc.

Lab results on the air samples showed there were elevated levels of mold spores in the interior of the house, but the levels were higher in the exterior samples - due to the house being near a marsh.We've redone several mold homes as you can get them for a great price.
